History
Indeed, a couple of generations of show families have
come & gone since we were actively involved in the
production of show pigs. Nonetheless, it’s an industry
that we know & love. Our heritage is rich in the
livestock industry – everything from 4-H to Large
Commercial Production. For those of you who don’t know
our past, we’ve included a small snippet of history. For
those old friends of ours that we haven’t seen for a
while, we’re anxious to get reacquainted. Just click on

Philosophy
We take a very focused approach to our business.
Notice…I said “business” not “hobby”. We believe in some
very
core values, which in turn drives our decisions.
► The real value of showing is about families working
together.
► Make good hogs, that go home and work for their new
owners – not just look good on sale day.
► Use a genetic program for consistent results.
Building genetic programs takes years. In our mind, too
many
producers are using the “hottest” boars to
sell pigs. We use genetic programs, with proven
performance,
to sell champions!
► We believe that every kid should have the opportunity
to participate in showing --- and compete competitively.
While winning requires many skills and
variables, we feel it’s our obligation to provide a
healthy, high-quality pig
with the genetic potential to go on and
grow and work for our customers.
► We also know that different families each have
different needs. Subsequently, we provide a pricing
program
that’s simple, yet fair.
